THE WORKOUT:

Round 1
30 sec sprint
30 sec squats/jumping squats
30 sec rest

Round 2
30 sec sprint
30 sec lunges/jumping lunges
30 sec rest

Round 3
30 sec sprint
30 sec curtsy lunges
30 sec rest

Round 4
30 sec sprint
30 sec side-to-side single-leg squats
30 sec rest

6 minutes total. Repeat circuit 2-3 times. xo
