SUMMER SHIPPING OF CHOCOLATE BARS: The softening point of chocolate is about 85°F; melting point is 93°F. Summer months are NOT the best time to ship the bars covered in chocolate. The chocolate will MELT and reharden when you place an order between May and September. Discoloration may occur as your chocolate melts and resets. The fats separate and cause discoloration. The good thing about this process called "bloom" is that it doesn't change the taste, just the appearance. If you are concerned about melting and misshapen chocolate bars, please hold your orders until the weather cools. Or, if you order Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, we can avoid your package sitting in the courier's warehouse over a weekend. I am sure you can understand that we cannot offer refunds or returns for melted chocolate bars ��
