In this video I discuss 3 simple habits that you can add to your life starting today in order to lose 7 pounds in the next 7 days. These habits are simple additions to your current lifestyle and don't take a lot of time, just dedication to following through with them.
The first tip is to drink 50% of your body weight in ounces of water each day, that means if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink 75 ounces of water each day (minimum) if not more. You should also consider adding an organic squeezed lemon to your water in the morning to enhance liver health, or add a spoonful or two of apple cider vinegar to your water. Doing both of these each day helps even more, I also recommend drinking out of a glass bottle instead of a plastic bottle because it's healthier for you overall, plastic contains BPA which leaks into the water which tricks your body into mimicking estrogen, a hormone you don't want more of i you are looking to burn body fat and lose weight.
The second tip I have is to walk each and every single day, walk as much as you can, at least a mile minimum. Walk 1, 2, 3 or more miles each day and track it on a mobile app that shows you how far you've walked and how many calories you've burned. This keeps you motivated to continue throughout the week and walking keeps your body in a fat burning state 24 hours a day, even while you're sleeping. It also moves the digestive organs back and forth, the colon, Intestines and other digestive organs need to move to allow the hydration (water) and nutrition in your food to do it's best job.
The third tip I have is to eat a big organic salad each day. Get a big box of mixed organic greens at your local grocery store and add cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, avocado, peppers, garlic, onions and other vegetables to the salad, preferably eat all organic and top it with an organic all natural non-dairy dressing. Adding this to your diet will give your body much needed fiber, vitamins, and minerals that will help to detoxify and heal your gut and digestive system.
